In business we always have times of “customer complaints” and people never take the time to pay a compliment OR even a thank you. I guess no news is good news. I, however, wanted to take a moment and thank the staff of Aggressive Mechanical Contractors. I’m always greeted with a friendly person when calling into the office. The quotes are quick and fair within the market pricing. All our needs thus far have been basic plumbing issues. On every repair that has been made at Gammon Technical, Joe has been on the job. Joe is a value to your establishment; he is always polite, personable and knowledgeable. Joe’s workmanship is always completed “top notch” and clean-up is exceptional. No evidence that he was even here preforming a repair. As you know staff members are key to a good business. I will recommend your company “highly” to both industrial and residential people when I can. Again, thank you all.

We finally got our approval from our plumbing inspection in December. Yesterday, “January” we received our clean energy rebate. Thank you so much for offering your assistance to us during the process. The system is super and it was a pleasure to deal with all the professionals who came to our home.
They were very patient over the years as they serviced my existing equipment and when I decided to update the equipment they were great to lay out the options and communicated every step of the way.
Back in January of this year I began to have some difficulties with my furnace. It was no big surprise since the unit was over twenty years old. Thus began the somewhat painful process of getting estimates for a replacement unit.
In all fairness I now admit I’ve had a bit of experience in the HVAC field. I began my working career as a sheet metal worker and moved on to be repair technician. This was fifty years ago, before I went back to college and onto the electronic manufacturing business.
Dealing with sales people is a test of patience, particularity when one knows more about the required equipment than the person going on about efficiency and glossy brochures.
On a recommendation of one of your customers (Dave Vuksonovich) I called Aggressive and met John Hein. After a careful evaluation of alternatives he gave me a good estimate. We agreed the April / May time frame would be a good target for the installation. John advised sending in a deposit to give Aggressive a reasonable time to get the equipment. Fair enough.
Then the unit began to breakdown, but would re-start when the reset button was pushed. This was successful till February 27th when it stopped working. Now was the time for a panic call to Aggressive, even though I had not sent in the deposit.
Two days later the heat is back on! That in itself is worthy of a positive comment.
It is the people of Aggressive that responded so well that impressed me so much. From John Hein with his years of experience, sound advice and follow up, to Josh the helpful dispatcher, to the sketcher who came out the next day to detail the required ductwork and the crew that showed up promptly at 8:30 this morning.
But, more about the crew… knowledge, polite, worked well as a team and cleaned up well. I’ve come to respect and experienced team that seems to enjoy doing a job well.
